According to current legal provisions, Tankyou published for the first time its women-men equality index in the company.

This index evaluate and rate 5 indicators:
* Gender pay gaps ( /40).
* Differences in individual increments distribution ( /35).
* The percentage of employees who received an increment after maternity leave ( /15).
* The number of the under-represented sex employees among the 10 highest paid ( /10).
