According to current legal provisions, Tankyou published for the first time its women-men equality index in the company.This index evaluate and rate 5 indicators:* Gender pay gaps ( /40).* Differences in individual increments distribution ( /35).* The percentage of employees who received an increment after maternity leave ( /15).* The number of the under-represented sex employees among the 10 highest paid ( /10).Here the results obtained for each indicator :
